What we collect

When you use the booking or contact form we store the name, phone number, email address and message you give us. If you become a patient, we also keep clinical notes and payment records — as any dental practice must.

Why we keep it

• To arrange and confirm your appointments
• To keep an accurate clinical record of your treatment
• To remind you when a check-up or a balance is due
• To answer your questions

Who can see it

Only Dr. Muhammad Awais and authorised clinic staff. We do not sell, rent or share patient data with third parties for marketing.

WhatsApp reminders

If you give us a WhatsApp number, we may message you about your appointments, treatment plan or an outstanding balance. Reply STOP at any time and we will remove you from reminders.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete anything we are not legally required to keep. Write to hello@jandentallounge.com.
