A boutique dental practice built around your comfort.
Jan Dental Lounge was founded on a simple idea: dentistry should feel calm, personal, and honest — not corporate or intimidating.
Dr. Muhammad Awais
Dr. Muhammad Awais founded Jan Dental Lounge with a simple belief — dentistry should feel calm, not clinical. Every visit is unhurried, transparent, and designed entirely around your comfort.
Why the lounge exists.
Jan Dental Lounge began with a frustration. Too many people in Mardan were putting off dental care — not because of cost, but because of how the experience made them feel. Rushed. Talked over. Sold treatments they did not understand.
A different kind of clinic
Dr. Muhammad Awais opened the lounge to prove that a small practice could do better: fewer patients per day, longer appointments, and a genuine conversation before anything is drilled or extracted.
What that means in practice
- You are told what is wrong in plain language, in Urdu, Pashto or English
- You see the price of every option before you agree to anything
- If a tooth can be watched rather than treated, we say so
- Nothing is booked on the same day unless you want it to be
The room matters too
Anxiety is physical. Bright strip lighting, clinical smells and a waiting room full of nervous faces all make treatment harder. Our space was designed against all of that — quiet, warm, and deliberately unlike a hospital.
What guides everything we do.
Patient-first philosophy
You are heard before you are treated. Every plan begins with listening.
Calm environment
A quiet, boutique space designed to lower anxiety from the moment you enter.
Clinical excellence
Strict sterilization, modern equipment, and evidence-based dentistry.
Honest & ethical
We only recommend what you truly need — with clear, transparent pricing.
Modern, clean, calming.
Our space in Mardan is thoughtfully designed to feel more like a boutique than a hospital — bright, quiet, and beautifully clean.
Let's design a smile you love — calmly.
